Q: Can I wear my jewelry in the water?
A: In simple, no. This will eventually cause water damage to your dna stone.
Q: Is your jewelry sterling silver?
A: Yes unles stated otherwise!
Q: Can I upgrade to 14 K gold?
A: Yes, almost everything can be upgraded to 14 K gold. Please email me for a quote.
Q: What if I lose my DNA stone?
A: I almost always make extra stones for this very reason. If by chance you do lose your stone it will be replaced at no cost.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: at this time I am only shipping within the United States and Canada.
Q: Are there returns or refunds?
A: No, in simple. I will always do my best to work with you though! All sales are final.
